About us

Where the day slows down

We opened Ambra in 2012 in an old bakery on Tkalča street, with one oven and six tables. Today there are twenty of us in the kitchen and the dining room, but the rule is the same: we cook what we would gladly eat ourselves, from ingredients whose origin we know.

Breakfast with freshly baked bread, a lunch that is in no hurry and dinner by candlelight with a good bottle. Come alone, as a couple or with the whole crowd, there is always a table.
